	HelpValidFrom	Add Cost Rates based on the valid from date. When adding several category subjects, the ValidFrom should be the same to avoid several date sets.
	ListOfCategorySubjectRates	Collection to store for each company the three values: ItemCode, CostPrice, SalesPrice
