SAP Business One provides a unique feature Drag & Relate, an extensive information system for quickly and easily displaying all the information on a company's business processes. Drag & Relate is used to perform detailed queries from any transaction window or Business Partner screen This user-friendly tool offers optimum support for finding important information quickly. For example, when viewing a sales quotation window, select any item on that quotation and then drag it to Sales Quotations within the Drag & Relate menu. You would then see a list of all sales quotations where that item appeared, and could drill down to a specific sales quotation and see all associated details. To see only certain sales quotations, you can filter the results by selecting the required sales quotations using various selection parameters such as date, amount, quote numbers, and so on
