The Calendar allows the user to schedule meetings, phone calls and more. Each entry in the Calendar is recorded as an Activity, using the corresponding window.

The calendar provides different display modes: Display the activities of selected users, Grouping activities according to time periods such as days and weeks and group view for up to 7 users. In addition it is possible to select which holidays are displayed in the calendar without being restricted by definitions made in the holiday table defined for the company.

To fully utilize this functionality, the following products should be evaluated

    Microsoft Outlook IntegrationSAP Component or Feature Available

    SAP Business One is fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook, enabling seamless communication that can span the organization and business functions. The user can share Contacts, Appointments and Tasks between SAP Business One and MS Outlook.

    There is also an integrated quotation management in Outlook.
