ProjectManagement provides users different tools that enable them to manage maintenance and service contracts.

Plant Maintenance
Recurrent PlanningPartner Product Available
This function provides the planner the option to plan employees or resource pools according to the maintenance intervals, e.g. plant inspection always on the first working day of the quarter.
 
Billing Service ContractsPartner Product Available
Service contracts can be billed at fixed price per defined period or at real cost. The billing wizard suggests the service contracts for this purpose.
 
New Support TicketPartner Product Available
A web-based customer portal enables the customer to record and track alerts for his plants. These are forwarded with email notifications to the person responsible for the respective plant.
 
Record Support ServicePartner Product Available
The Web Client allows the service staff to record the performed services online.
 
Maintenance ContractPartner Product Available

A maintenance contract is a special form of periodic accounting that allows defining a contract position which can be billed by percentage, for example based on the price of a software license contract.

The Support Desk provides an overview of all alerts sorted by customer, priority, date or current status.

Email correspondence with the customer can be stored with the respective alert.
