If a problem occurs, use this feature to search for known solutions in the SAP Support database or send messages to the support organization. This feature is located on the Help Menu.

    Remote support platform for SAP Business One is an automated tool that allows an end-to-end support of our customer base. RSP can proactively monitor the health status and integrity of customer databases and send the results to SAP support which is able to notify the partners and administrators about known issues.

     
    Tracing and LoggingSAP Component or Feature Available
    Enables the collection and storage of system messages related to the SAP Business One application and databases in a structured plain text (*.txt) format file that can be used to track problems, and accelerates the analysis and resolution processes. In addition, the user can configure the level of details to be written into the log file.
     
    Application Messages Documentation & LogSAP Component or Feature Available

    Hundreds of error messages in SAP Business One are provided with link to further information in the message itself. By clicking the link you can access information about the error cause and resolution.

    All SAP Business One application messages are listed in the System Message Log window, that enables you to keep track of them and also when available to access relevant help pages.

    Technical and additional documentation is installed with the application, and is easily accessible from the Help menu. In previous releases this documentation was available only on the product CD and so was often unavailable to the end-user.

    Provides general to detailed explanation in the window level, on processes, functionality and field in the core application of SAP Business One. The user can reach the required information through the content tree (which is parallel to the application menu), by using the search engine, or by pressing the F1 key from the relevant window.   more...

    Field Level HelpSAP Component or Feature Available
    Provides the user with explanation about selected field. The field level help is activated by right-clicking on the required field and selecting the option What's this? from the context menu. The What's this? option is provided only for fields where additional information is needed, and can provide added value to the user. The same as the online help, the field level help is translated to all languages supported by SAP Business One.
