Opportunity Analysis Reports![]() |
Provides several reports for monitoring and analysis of the company's Sales Opportunities. The reports can be filtered according to specific criteria such as business partners or sales stages. Forecast Report - presents a projection of the potential Sales Opportunities, based on the predicted dates of all open opportunities. The information presented is useful for planning and prioritizing. Forecast Over Time Report- presents a forecast of the open and closed Opportunities grouped according to a selected time period. Totals of the number of won and lost Opportunities are displayed. In addition, totals of closed Opportunities are presented. Statistics Report - presents the number of open and closed Opportunities. The data can be sorted to display according to various combinations of options and groupings. Opportunities Report- provides a summary, in a table format, of all the Sales Opportunities. Specific parameters can be chosen to filter the display according to the required options. Stage Analysis- provides an overview of the success rate of the sales activities. It contains information on how many closed sales opportunities were concluded in a specific stage, or for how long sales opportunities remained in each stage of the sales process. Source Distribution Over Time Report- presents Sales Opportunities according to their source, and can be grouped to display in specific time periods such as days, weeks or months. Won Opportunities Report- provides information about the Sales Opportunities that have succeeded, displaying the days required for closing, the number of won opportunities and the total income to be received for these opportunities. Lost Opportunities Report- use this report to analyze the Sales Opportunities that were not successful. This report can be filtered according to various criteria such as business partner, territory, and so on. My Open/Closed Sales Opportunities Reports - these reports have no selection criteria and display the open/closed sales opportunities related to the user who is currently logged on SAP Business One. |

Opportunities Pipeline![]() |
This report is used for
analysis of the open Opportunities in the sales pipeline. From this
report it is possible to identify the number of open opportunities
at each stage of all open Opportunities.
The Opportunities Pipeline can also be displayed in a dynamic graph format. This dynamic graph displays both open and closed Sales Opportunities. |
