Resource Pool Manager Reports![]() |
Assigned Pool Planning - Gives an overview of planning data assigned to the selected pool per month, days or total project. The users can decide if he wants to show hours or cost and revenues. Team Planning (Pool + Member) - Shows the hours, costs and revenues of tasks directly planned on a pool and those tasks that have been assigned directly to the employees belonging to the pool. Team Member Capacity - Gives a total overview of the available pool capacity in hours and the number of employees based on the assigned capacity of each employee. Used Pool Resources - Shows the factor between the hours planned for a pool and the available capacity. |

Time Sheet Journal - Shows the hours and materials recorded by the employees belonging to one business unit. Employee Hours Summary - Gives an overview of the overtime of the employees belonging to one business unit depending on each employee's calendar and the achieved hours per month. Used Resource Overview - Shows the hours and materials recorded for projects of a selected business unit and reveals from which business unit they derive. |

Management Summary Reports![]() |
Many management reports provide top down analyses of all projects, e.g. all companies of a group, all business units of a company, all projects of a business unit etc. Users can create own analysis trees for more reports,e.g. by area (EMEA, America), by countries (Germany, Spain, UK) and by cities within the same country. In addition, filter options and the possibility to create additional columns in the reports enables users a flexible view to projects. In the following, a description of some reports: Comparison Target / Actual Hours - Shows the planned total hours and actual hours with total difference and difference by percentage based on the selection as described before. Residual Volume - Shows the residual contract volume of all project contracts and the number that had been completed, not completed or not approved. Project Employee Totals - Shows the projects' actual hours, invoiciable hours, costs, revenues and gross revenue. |

Degree of Completion Report![]() |
Enables the user to view the calculated degree of completion based on planned and actual hours. If required, the subjective degree of completion can be changed manually. This overview is available in the management summary reports and represents top down views of the available analysis trees. |

Breakeven Analysis![]() |
Different breakeven analyses are provided that can be customized by the user. In addition to imputed costs deriving from time and material entry, the real costs and revenues based on financial accounting are provided. Furthermore, total lines and formula are available to the user. The breakeven analysis is available for each project and each contract and can be accessed by means of the analysis trees as described before. |

This tool provides the user standard dashboards which can be
individually designed with a Crystal dashboard license. In
addtion, individual dashboards based on the ProjectManagement data
can be created and integrated into the menu.
