The Gantt view is a bar chart that illustrates the project schedule. In addition, it establishes direct relation to the planning calendar and represents the selected resource and its availability highlighted in terms of colour. Excess planning, for example, is represented by a red bar. The drag & drop feature makes it easy to modify a planning by simply moving and placing information. This allows users at any time to get a general idea of their project and the resource capacity and utilisation. |

The Planning Transfer Wizard allows users to postpone and to transfer planned data to another phase or resource. Planned data can also be transferred from one project to another. |

Planning with MS Project is possible with synchronised data via a two-way connection. Actual data recorded can be transferred to MS Project. Newly created processes or milestones are also transferred to the other program enabling the user to carry out the project planning in MS Project and the timekeeping and project controlling in this solution. |
