Allows users to store the activities with customers, vendors, or interested parties in a structured form.

 

The user can access this function directly from many functions. There is direct access to the activities management window via the function-specific menu, which appears on the menu bar.

 

The activity is linked automatically to the original object, such as the incoming payment or the production order.


The following business goals and objectives can be achieved through the implementation of these processes:

Documents activities with customers, vendors and leads such as a phone conversation or meeting. The user can document activities that last longer than 24 hours, attach to the activity documents that relate to the relevant business partner, and print the activity information using customized print layouts. If required, it is possible to delete activities even if they are linked to other documents, sales opportunities and/or service calls.

    Enables users to generate a report of all the open and closed activities that are not defined as 'Inactive' according to parameters such as dates range, status, business partners range, activity type, and so on.  All the activities displayed in this report can be accessed directly from the report, enables the user to easily update the activities if required.
