User-defined object is a feature of SAP Business One application that enables partners to create their own business objects, and register them in the application, so the user defined object becomes part of the application objects collection.

This feature dramatically reduces developing time required to extend the functionality of SAP Business One.

Enables users and partners to create their own business objects and then register them to the application.

Non-programmers can create user defined tables through SAP Business One interface and register the new object using the Registration Wizard. 

Programmers who want to use a customized user form and extend the business logic, can use the UI API to create a user form for the new object. In addition, to extend the functionality of the new object, programmers can develop a business logic implementation that inherits the application base class.
