The menu item Project lists all projects. The user can easily retrieve projects by setting filters or using the search function. Different types of projects can be defined, such as customer projects, internal projects and vacation projects. Project managers and multiple additional managers with separate authorizations can be assigned. Defining project teams is also possible. |

Different project templates can be used to prepare typical phase
structures or project teams. New projects can be created on the
basis of these templates.

Project Creation Wizard![]() |
Guides the user step by step through the entire project creation
procedure and requests all mandantory data (e.g. business unit,
project number, project title, project manager, customer etc.).

Phases![]() |
Phases can be used to setup a phase structure with multiple
hierarchy levels. Different phase statuses (e.g. active, not
started, completed) assist project managers in handling their
projects. A phase-based overview shows the target and actual hours
and based on the hours also the calculated degree of completion. In
addition, the project manager can enter a subjective degree of
completion per phase and subphase.

Users can record services typical for their industry with price per hour and day. These services are used as contract elements and are required by the employees to record their project times. |

Document Management![]() |
Allows the user to link files. For this purpose,
user-defined folders can be used. In addition, data can be copied
to the SQL database.

User-Defined Field![]() |
Enables the user to create personalized fields and to select a type (e.g. yes/no, number, date or text). These fields can be initialized with default data. |
