The UI API exposes user interface elements of the SAP Business One front-end:
Provides objects and methods to access screen objects of the user interface
- Allows access to system internal events of the user interface
- Allows you to add menus, windows, fields, and change system forms
- Allows you to generate one integrated user interface for SAP Business One and third-party applications
Target groups for the UI API include:
- Independent Software Vendors (ISV) to develop and interface their third-party solutions with SAP Business One
- Strategic Software Partners (SSP) to implement and interface third-party applications or add-on solutions with the SAP Business One application.

To fully utilize this functionality, the following products should be evaluated
This new event enables you to retrieve data events through the UI
API and take action upon it through the UI API. The event is under
the Application object, and occurs whenever a form that is
connected to a business object in the application is added,
updated, deleted or loaded. The event provides a handle to the
business object connected to the form.
