SAP Business One provides extensive support for locating specific values found in SAP Business One. Values from a predefined search process can be recorded for each field in the application, including user-defined fields. A unique icon is displayed beside each field to identify those fields for which specific search criteria has been defined.


The following business goals and objectives can be achieved through the implementation of these processes:


Formatted Search

You can choose the required values for the selected fields, either by running a specific query or by searching in a list of values.

When the formatted search is based on a query, you can choose whether the formatted search is triggered by update of a pre-defined field. 

The formatted search process is reversible and can be modified or removed at any time.
