This functionality supports the employee data management. It enables you to create and update employee data and to generate relevant reports with respect to employees. A time control provides for the automatic modification of data (e.g. if the cost rate of an employee changes at the start of a new period).

Employee Data Management
EmployeePartner Product Available

Pertinent information about each employee such as employee addresses, roles within the organization, as well as personal and financial information can be maintained in the Human Resources module. In addition, you can track an employee's progress, illness, or vacation days. The employee data can be linked to the appropriate user in SAP Business One. Documents and certificates can be stored.

 
New Employee WizardPartner Product Available

Assists the user in adding new employee data and request all mandatory data. In addition, login data for the employee can be stored. 

 
CalendarsPartner Product Available

Enables the user to create individual calendars and to assign these calendars to one or more employees. These calendars form the bais for determining the working time per month.

 
SkillsPartner Product Available

Hierarchical structured skills allow saving an employee profile in the employee master. The skills can be weighted to different degrees and can be used in the project planning to select the employees on the basis of their ability to perform particular tasks.

 
VacationPartner Product Available

Enables the user to save the employee's days of vacation. A particular vacation project allows calculating the used days of vacation. A particular list provides information on the remaining days of vacation and gives an overview of the current vacation entitlement.

 
Human Resources ReportsPartner Product Available

Reports in the Human Resources module include:

Lists of Employees - shows employee data acccording to different criteria, such as profit centre, address, project team etc.

Time Sheet Entry Journals - shows the services recorded by the employees, different display modes, e.g. weekly, monthly, per project  etc. can be selected.

Working Time Overview - compares the planned and actual working time per month. In addition, a distinction is made between times recorded for customer projects, internal projects or absence projects.
