Enables users to define different messages to be sent as internal messages, e-mails, text messages for mobile phones - SMS (supported only in Israel), and faxes. The messages can be sent to system users as well as defined contact employees at customers and vendors.  Users can also send messages to individual recipients or use the distribution list function to send messages to groups of recipients.
