Most functions of the standard client are also available in the Web Client which enables real-time and location independent access to all critical business data. In addition, the Web Client provides many CRM functionalities.

Time and Material EntryPartner Product Available

The Web Client enables the user to record hours and materials for a project, phase and contract. A weekly and monthly overview is available. An employee can only record data for projects or phases that have been released for entry by the project manager. 

 
Travel Expenses EntryPartner Product Available

Enables the user to record travel expenses and to create a travel statement for the accounting. A direct link to recorded services simplifies the data entry.

 
Planning InformationPartner Product Available

Enables the user to view the period planning of an employee in the Web Client. Depending on the authorisation, planning data can be changed by the employee himself. Optional planning data can be shown directly in the time sheet entry template.

 
Project ApprovalPartner Product Available

The project manager can also use the Web Client to approve projects. The number of chargeable hours and materials can also be changed in the Web Client so that the project manager can externally support the back office. Different structure and filter options are availabe to simplify the use.

 
ReminderPartner Product Available

The Web Client includes also a reminder which allows recording messages or data with respect to employees or projects. If a defined contract volume is exceeded, the reminder includes messages for the project manager that are automatically generated by the system.

 
ReportsPartner Product Available
All defined Crystal Reports can also be used in the Web Client. The reports are automatically transferred to PDF format so that only Acrobat Reader is necessary. The info screens of the standard client, such as Project Totals or Employee Totals are also available in the Web Client.
 
User SettingsPartner Product Available

Enables the user to select and setup the language, date and number format. In addition, changing the password is possible. The user can also define menu items as favorites in the Web Client to be able to quickly access these items.
