Cost accounting enables users to define profit centers and distribution rules for effective monitoring and regulating of business costs. Profit centers and/or distribution rules can be assigned to almost every transaction and document created in SAP Business One. In addition, a change log is automatically created for each profit center and distribution rule to provide better tracking and transparency. The profit center report provides important information about costs and revenues, sorted by area and department.
