The acquisition features allow users to create quotations based on system data (resources, project templates) and to sue predefined contracts for calculations (agreements on prices and accounting terms). The structure of a preliminary project corresponds to the structure of a normal project. Project data include information on the preliminary project number and title, business unit, customer etc. The entry of expenses for a preliminary project is also possible.

 
Preliminary Project Creation WizardPartner Product Available

Guides the user step by step through the entire preliminary project creation procedure and requests all mandantory data.

 
Preliminary PlanningPartner Product Available

Resources can be planned already in the acquisition phase. Planned resources are taken into account with its order probability when calculating the capacity.

 
CalculationPartner Product Available

Preliminary projects can include one or more calculations. Calculations are mainly used to compare costs with potential revenues of performed services, materials or travel expenses.

 
Transformation WizardPartner Product Available

The ProjectManagement tool provides a wizard that assists the user in transforming a preliminary project and its calculation into a customer project (current planning).

 
Sales Development ReportPartner Product Available

This function lets users generate a report that shows the notified hours or items for current projects and the calculated preliminary projects taking into account the order probability. This provides an overview of the employee's utilisation and the sales development.
